Gambling Fans in Ontario Will Soon Be Able to Play from their Homes

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. (OLG) recently confirmed that it has chosen a vendor to operate it’s internet gambling program. This announcement is great news for all the online gambling fans and players in Ontario as they will now be able to play their favorite games from the comfort of their own homes.
The announcement from OLG confirmed that the online program will be set up in phases and the entire process should be completed before the end of the year. The online program will make popular games such as online blackjack and online poker available to the residents of Ontario.
In a statement, Rod Phillips, president and CEO of OLG said “The move into internet gaming is an exciting step in OLG’s modernization. The vendor who bagged the contract to build and operate the internet gambling program is Spielo G2, a company based in the UK.
The company will start rolling out its program at the earliest and those phases will include bingo, sports wagering, online poker and also the release of a number of other new products. Phillips went on to say that Spielo G2 wan a proven and experienced company that would enable OLG to offer an interactive gaming experience to its citizens that will be secure and enjoyable.
