Hollywood Casino Has Started Hiring Blackjack Dealers

Blackjack players who live Toledo will have something special to look forward to once the Hollywood Casino Toledo finishes recruiting its blackjack dealers to man its tables.
According to news reports, the Hollywood Casino Toledo is looking to hire 500 blackjack and table game dealers who are a cut above the rest. They will be hiring a lot of the local people on account of having to open soon.
Chrystal Herndon, Vice President of Human Resources for the Hollywood Casino Toledo, has set up five sessions of interviews where they screen 25 or so applicants per episode of group interviews. The casino hopes to screen at least 1500 applicants on a daily basis so as to somehow meet the requirement of 500 dealers. Once they have a good pool of potential applicants, these persons will be sent on to dealer school which will be held at the Owens Community College training applicants to be great dealers.
Applicants interested in getting a job at the Hollywood Casino Toledo can apply through the website. Reportedly, the casino has already received 2300 applications. Those candidates who secure the job will receive $16 to $22 for each hour they put in; this amount also includes tips.
